Peoples Bank of Commerce is proud to announce the donation of a piece of land located in the Pine City area for construction of a new home by the East Central Habitat for Humanity.  The bank has partnered with Habitat for Humanity for the last two years.  During 2010, the bank assisted with framing two homes in the Princeton area.  In addition to the land donation, bank employees will again assist in the construction of a new home on this lot in the Spring of 2011. 

East Central Habitat for Humanity builds modest, decent, affordable homes with and for people in need who are currently living in substandard housing.  As a faith based organization, they bring communities of caring people together with people in need regardless of their faith, race, creed, age or sex, to build safe and decent low-cost homes.
