At Peoples Bank, the privacy and security of your personal information is out top priority. That's why we've adding a new layer of security to our Online Banking log-in process. This feature, called idPass, helps prevent unauthorized access to your accounts and protects you from fraud and identity theft.

How it Works
idPass is made up of three components: an image, a pass phrase and three challenge questions.

When accessing your account from your computer, simply enter your Access ID and click the Submit button and we'll reveal your secret image and pass phrase, which verifies that you're at Peoples Bank's Online Banking website, and not a fraudulent site. Only enter your Password when you see the image and pass phrase you elected.

When you log-in from a different computer, we'll ask you one of your challenge questions to verify your identity. When you answer correctly, your secret image and pass phrase appears. You can then safely enter your Password and log-in.
